Customer Service

Future (Awards and Qualifications) Ltd aims to constantly monitor its levels of service provided and report on performance indicators on a regular basis. We will endeavour to be open about the levels of service we offer our customers.Information about our services and the cost of those services will be freely available, as will access to the principle policies that underpin the work of FUTURE. Feedback is encouraged on the quality and content of all areas of service provided.


How do I complain?

It is our goal to ensure you get the best possible service. However, we acknowledge that we don't always get things right. If this happens, we need to know about your complaints, so that we can put things right. Therefore it is our intention to make it easy for you to tell us about your complaint. We aim to give your complaint the immediate attention it requires and resolve it with the appropriate resources and without delay. We want to make sure you are satisfied at the earliest opportunity.

How do I appeal?

There are a number of possible situations where someone may wish to appeal to FUTURE:

Centre or learner appealing against an assessment/examination results
Centre appealing against a FUTURE decision concerning centre/qualification approval or registration/certification status
Centre/centre staff/learner
Appealing against a sanction/decision as a result of a malpractice investigation

Malpractice by Centres and Learners

This guidance is intended for all those involved in the management and delivery of FUTURE qualifications. It covers the procedures to be followed in the reporting and identification of malpractice or misconduct on the part of learners and/or centre staff, and the actions which FUTURE may take when allegations of malpractice are reported.
