The purpose of this Level 2 Certificate in Hospitality and Catering Principles (Beverage Service) is to provide the learner with the skills, knowledge and understanding in hospitality and catering within the beverage service.
This qualification is aimed at learners working or gaining a career in hospitality and catering. Delivery of the qualification can be through the workplace to allow the learner to gain the skills and experience. It covers a range of hospitality areas including bar tender, barista and customer service.
