FAQ Level 2
The purpose of this Level 2 Certificate in Hospitality and Catering Principles (Hospitality Services) is to provide the learner with the skills, knowledge and understanding in serving food in both a professional and/or customer focussed environment. This qualification is aimed at learners working or gaining a career in hospitality focussing on food service.
Delivery of the qualification can be through the workplace to allow the learner to gain the skills and experience. It covers a range of hospitality areas including waiter/waitress, fast food server and counter service with elements of customer service.
