Bookings are now open for the ERAD Conference and Awards 2026, taking place on Monday 16 November 2026 at the Leonardo Hotel, Hinckley Island.

Under this year’s theme, Evolution, the conference will bring together the ERAD community to consider how emergency response ambulance driving qualifications, education and professional practice continue to develop.

The event is open to representatives from FutureQuals Approved Centres delivering FutureQuals Ambulance Service Driving qualifications, including:

  • Heads of Centre
  • Heads of Driver Education
  • Active National Principal Assessors
  • Facilitators involved in ERAD delivery

What to expect

The full agenda will be announced shortly. Delegates can expect contributions from FutureQuals and invited guest speakers, alongside opportunities to connect, share good practice and contribute to the future development of the ERAD qualification suite.

The programme will include a Section 19 update, the evolution of the NPA programme, the CERAD recurrancy programme, professional boundaries within education, learner performance insights and much more.The ERAD Awards will return with a new approach for 2026. Further information about the categories and how the ERAD community can get involved will be revealed shortly.



ERAD25 - Terms and Conditions

1. Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations or changes to delegate bookings must be submitted by email to AO@FutureQuals.com by the 9th of November 2026. On or before 9th of November cancellations will receive a credit note for the delegate fee paid. Cancellations made after this date may not be given a credit note.

2. Payment Terms:

  • Payment is due within 30 days of the Invoice/Profroma being sent. 

3. Delegate Substitution:

  • Delegate substitution is allowed. Please inform us by email to AO@FutureQuals.com. 

4. Event Changes or Cancellation:

  • We reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule.

5. Liability and Insurance:

  • Delegates are responsible for their insurance coverage. The organisers accept no liability for personal injuries, loss, or damage to property during the conference.

6. Privacy and Data Protection:

  • Personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for conference-related purposes. Data will be stored securely and will not be shared with third parties.

7. Code of Conduct:

  • Delegates are expected to adhere to a code of conduct ensuring a respectful and inclusive environment during the conference.

8. Photography and Recording:

  • Photography, audio or video recording during sessions is allowed with our consent.
  • All materials presented during the conference are protected by intellectual property laws. Delegates must respect the privacy and intellectual property laws. Delegates must not reproduce, distribute, or use such materials without our consent.

9. Force Majeure

  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the event. If rescheduling is not possible, a credit note will be issued.
