Centre may transfer a learner to a different qualification, but not to another centre. If a learner wishes to transfer to another centre, they should be withdrawn from the current centre and the new centre will need to complete a new registration.
Where a learner is transferred to a different qualification with a higher registration fee, the difference will need to be paid. No refunds are given when a learner is transferred to a qualification with a lower registration fee.
