Learn with FutureQuals
FutureQuals is an Awarding Organisation (AO) which supports and underpins qualifications to ensure they’re delivered to a high standard.
We work with dozens of training providers across the UK which have become our Approved Centres so they can deliver our qualifications.
Many of our qualifications are within the pre-hospital care sector, for instance for training paramedics, ambulance drivers and first responders. However, we also work in first aid, education, mental health and functional skills too.
Start your career here
FutureQuals qualifications can help you progress in your career, and many of our learners have taken more than one career step with us.
For instance many people who qualify as Paramedics start off with one of our First Aid or First Responder qualifications. Take a look at our qualifications and find out where they might lead you!
Some of our qualifications support apprenticeships for which we also oversee the End-Point Assessment. So if, for example, you’re working towards an apprenticeship as an Ambulance Support Worker, you may well undertake FutureQuals qualifications along the way and be assessed by us at the end too.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much is it to register or book on a qualification?
FutureQuals set the registration fee for each qualification. You can find this on our website in the in the ‘Facts’ tab for the relevant qualification. Your training provider will tell advise you on the cost of the qualification and the booking requirements.
I have completed a qualification with similar subjects to a FutureQuals qualification. Can this count so I don’t need to take the whole course?
In some cases you may be allowed a reduction in teaching time if you have already covered similar subjects. Your training provider will decide if this is possible and how much. This process is called “Recognition of Prior Learning” (RPL). You will still need to complete all the assessments in the new qualification unless you have an exact match for certain components. Our approved training providers have an RPL policy in place. Contact us if you would like contact details for our training providers.
