Centre Approval – Offer Qualifications

When you apply to make your organisation a FutureQuals approved centre, you’ll be taking an important step towards helping your business grow and supporting your learners future by offering the most up to date qualifications that are relevant in the industries we support.
Many different types of organisations can become FutureQuals Approved Centres, for example: employers, training providers, FE colleges or NHS Trusts. They will need to have access to facilities depending on the qualification(s) offered which may either be their own, or provided through sites or partnerships with other organisations.
In order to become a FutureQuals centre you will need to complete an Expression of Interest form to let us know some information about your centre and the qualifications you are interested in offering. FutureQuals will make some initial checks and then invite you to discuss your application further.
If as a result of our initial checks and discussions it is agreed you wish to proceed to submit a full application you will need to complete a Centre Approval Application Form, which requires further information about your centre, key contacts and the staffing you wish to deliver the qualifications you intend to apply for.
A FutureQuals External Quality Assurer will then carry out an approval visit to check you have the correct systems and procedures in place.

Ready to claim certificates?
If you have completed your internal quality assurance checks and you are ready to claim certificates for your learners, please complete the Certificate Claims Details form.
Would you like to offer additional qualification?
If you would like to apply to offer additional qualifications to your existing provision, please complete the Additional Qualifications Application Form.
Changing Centre Details?
FutureQuals must be informed of any changes to the information we hold in our systems, including any changes to the details on an initial centre approval application form. This can be done by completing the Change of Centre Details Form and emailing to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Transferring or Withdrawing Learners?
If you need to transfer or withdraw a learner from a qualification please complete the Learner Transfer and Withdrawal Form and refer to the administration fees section of the Fee’s and Pricing List.
Requesting a replacement certificate?
To request a replacement certificate, please complete the Replacement Certificate Form and refer to the administration fees section of the Fees and Pricing List. All replacement certificates are issued to the registered centre address.
Would you like to apply for, or notify us about a Reasonable Adjustment?
If you would you like to apply for a Reasonable Adjustment for a learner or notify us that you have awarded a Reasonable Adjustment to a learner that you can approve yourselves, please complete the Reasonable Adjustment Application and Notification Form. Refer to the Reasonable Adjustment and Special Considerations policy for supporting evidence required and to identify which adjustments your centre will need to seek approval for in advance and those your centre can approve.
Conflict of Interest?
Any person acting on behalf of FutureQuals’ (this includes all centre staff and delivery workforce) must declare any conflicts of interest that could influence their judgement, objectivity or have the potential to lead them to act contrary to FutureQuals’ or their centre’s interests in the development, delivery and award of qualifications. Please use this form to report a potential or actual Conflict of Interest. You can also use this form to ask us to assess whether a scenario is a Conflict of Interest or request guidance.
