The purpose of the FAQ Level 2 Adult Social Care Certificate (RQF) is to provide Learners with the knowledge, skills and understanding required to work in the adult social care sector.
This qualification covers understanding own role, personal development, duty of care, equality diversity and inclusion, human rights, person-centred care, communication, privacy and dignity, nutrition and hydration, mental health and dementia, safeguarding adults and children, basic life support, health and safety, handling information, infection prevention and control, and learning disabilities and autism.
