FutureQuals champion neuro-inclusion

FutureQuals have been certified as a neuro-inclusive organisation.

By signing the Neuro-Inclusion Charter we’re affirming our commitment to a level playing field for every learner and apprentice, where neurodiverse learners can demonstrate their abilities without facing any unfair disadvantage.

We’ve been partnering with Cognassist who offer training in neurodiversity to ensure employers and educational organisations comply with The Equality Act 2010. We’re now listed as an Awarding and End-Point Assessment Organisation which is “demonstrating and leading the way for innovation and inclusion” in education and training.

Simon Stevens, Chief Operating Officer for FutureQuals, said:

“Neurodivergent learners have so much to offer their workplace, and we’re committed to understanding every individual’s needs and offering reasonable adjustments where practicable.

“’Supportive’ is one of FutureQuals’ core values and we’re committed to a culture where all have an equal opportunity to demonstrate their skills and knowledge. A big thank you to Cognassist for their guidance and training along that path.”
