Ambulance Service Pre-Hospital Care
FutureQuals ambulance service pre-hospital care qualifications have been developed and regulated to meet the core requirements of NHS Ambulance Trusts, Ministry of Defence, Independent Ambulance Services and the Voluntary Aid Societies.
A unique approach to learning
Learners include those working, or intending to work, in routine patient transport and pre-hospital emergency and urgent care.
Developed in partnership with the NHS National Education Network for Ambulance Services (NENAS) which includes the College of Paramedics, these qualifications provide entry at various levels including ambulance service patient transport, emergency and urgent care support and associate ambulance practitioner, formally known as ambulance technician.
Learners will gain knowledge, understanding, skills and behaviours of the underlying concepts and associated principles within their recognised scope of practice.
