The purpose of the Level 2 Diploma in Aviation Operations on the Ground is to provide the learner with the skills, knowledge and understanding relevant to working in the aviation sector.
This qualification gives the learner an opportunity to:

• Understand how to work safely on the ramp area
• Know how to follow emergency procedures along with health and safety working practices
• Know how to contribute to the maintenance of security within own area of responsibility
